fter you are qualified for Dynamic Company Culture, you will receive a scheduling link via email to schedule your second virtual interview with our Director of Sales, Janice.
During this interview, we will explore your sales background, your productivity, your motivation(s), and your interest in Dynamic Insurance Services. You will be introduced to some of our expectations and will have the opportunity to ask any in-depth questions you may have about the sales process, commissions, scripting, etc.
If you and Janice both feel that Dynamic is the right place for you, you will speak with our Executive Vice President, Joshua Bowers. As with the previous two interviews, you will receive a scheduling link via email to schedule.
Joshua will clearly outline expectations and confirm both interest and commitment to succeeding on our platform.
