• Interviews must be scheduled within 24 hours of receiving a scheduling link.
  • You will receive one additional scheduling opportunity after the first 24 hours has passed.
  • Failing to schedule within 48 hours of initial scheduling link receipt will result in your Application going On Hold.
  • Applicants placed On Hold are ineligible to reenter the Hiring Process for at least 30 days.
  • Applicants placed On Hold will not be able to resume at the stage from which they were placed On Hold. Instead, they will be required to restart the Process by submitting a new Application.
  • Applicants are able to reschedule one time during the Hiring Process with no notice.
  • Applicants are able to reschedule each interview one time with at least 12 hours' notice.

This is your initial contact with Dynamic Insurance Services, making us aware that you are interested in becoming a member of our Family. With this Questionnaire, we collect basic information about you such as your name and preferred email address. We also ask about your sales background to get a better idea of your contractibility with our carriers, as well as exploring some of your past experiences.

This is the only method of making initial contact with Dynamic Insurance Services.

The Application Questionnaire will either be delivered to you via email (if you submit your information to us to keep on file during times we are not staffing training classes) or will be completed via our Career site. There is no option to have a preliminary conversation via phone with a member of our Marketing/Recruiting team.

After your Application Questionnaire is reviewed and approved, you will receive a scheduling link via email to schedule your first virtual conversation with a member of our Family - our Director of Marketing.

During this interview, you will be qualified for Company Culture.

Our Director of Marketing will not explore your sales background or resume. Please be prepared to tell us about your outlook, and to show us your personality, as both things are of the utmost importance to us when it comes to cultivating our family culture.

This interview must be completed via our virtual interview system and cannot be completed by phone.

After you are qualified for Dynamic Company Culture, you will receive a scheduling link via email to schedule your second virtual interview with a member of our family - our Director of Sales.

During this interview, we will explore your sales background, your productivity, your motivation(s), and your interest in Dynamic Insurance Services. You will be introduced to some of our expectations, and will have the opportunity to ask any in-depth questions you may have about sales process, commissions, scripting, etc.

This interview must be completed via our virtual interview system and cannot be completed by phone.

In some instances, it will be necessary for applicants to complete an interview with our company's Vice President. As with the previous two interviews, you will receive a scheduling link via email to schedule.

Our company's Vice President will clearly outline expectations and confirm both interest and commitment to succeeding on our platform.
