How or why did you decide to join Dynamic as a Senior Benefits Advocate? 
I was working for a company that specialized in Final Expense insurance, like Dynamic, but that’s the only thing they had in common. There was no flexibility or understanding of family time.  I decided to move on.  Family time is more important to me than money.

When I interviewed with Lisa Bowers, I knew instantly that Dynamic was the company that I’ve been seeking for my career. The compassion and sincerity expressed was truly genuine. They are a company after my own heart. Dynamic is very flexible and understanding, with the proper line of communication.  Everything Lisa and Matt Bowers stated in our interview is true and is coming to fruition. I know I can make “more” money with Dynamic without sacrificing family time. 

 

What do you love most about what you do? 

Dynamic Insurance Services provides me the opportunity of making great money without sacrificing my family time. I truly believe in putting customers over the commission. I love helping people and knowing that my conscience is clear, because I did what was best for them, and that is what being a Senior Benefits Advocate with Dynamic is all about.

 

How have you grown or changed since joining Dynamic? 

Dynamic has taught me that it's okay to express love to your peers. We are a team with one purpose and that’s to help Seniors. I’ve never seen so much love and support from my peers, but especially the Mentors. I’ve seen grown men cry out of love and compassion because they love what they do.

Tell us about your life outside of work. 

I’m a Soccer Dad. I’m the parent that’s at every practice and game. My son plays travel basketball, and my daughter plays soccer. At times I must juggle practices and games that are on the same day. My wife's job is not as flexible as mine. She also likes her weekends to sleep in, so I make it happen for my kids. 

 

If you had one day to yourself, to do whatever you want, guilt free and with no financial constraints, what would you do?

I would get a Suite at the Hard Rock Stadium to watch my favorite College football team, the University of Miami Hurricanes play.

 

What's one thing about you that would surprise us?

I love to joke around. My family and friends say I play too much. They don’t know when I’m joking or being serious. I’m a kid at heart. 

 

How would you describe "the Dynamic Difference"?

The Dynamic difference is Love. Love is not only said with words but is expressed. Dynamic loves their Advocates and truly wants the best for us. Dynamic goes above and beyond for their customers. We are truly Advocates for our customers, creating a lifelong relationship.
